To be competitive in the application process applicants must strive to obtain a competitive time. The POPAT and SOPAT are demanding physical tests which must be completed in under 4 minutes and 15 seconds. The PARE must be completed in under 4 minutes and 45 seconds.
Join us this weekend, March 24, for this fun event to learn more about the POPAT, SOPAT, and PARE. Participants will learn the fundamental skills to complete each stage of the tests, the mind set one must have when running the tests, and the tips that will help you be successful. Each participant will have a hands on opportunity to become familiar with the agility run, the physical control simulator, the vault station, and the weight carry.
